The Belz Living Story

After moving to Salt Lake City in 2017 and falling in love with the area, this husband and wife team of Robert and Lauren Belz founded Belz Living. The vision was to create something special—a company that would improve the lives of their residents, investors, and communities.

Since then, Belz Living has grown and flourished, thanks to the hard work of our team and the support of our investors. With his background as an Air Force fighter pilot, Robert brings a knack for getting things done for the team. Lauren, an engineer by trade, leaves no detail missed while bringing integrity, precision and hustle into every deal.

To date Belz Living has more than $7 million in assets under management. They are constantly striving to do better, and are grateful for the chance to make a positive impact on the world.
