In 2023, we 1031’ed our triplex into a magnificent 7-unit property, nestled just blocks away. This stunning 1906 building, cherished by the same family for decades, has undergone a full-scale overhaul to bring it into the modern age while preserving its historic charm.
Our renovation project was meticulous and extensive. We reimagined the layouts of two studio apartments and converted extra space in three other units, adding a total of five bedrooms. This thoughtful reconfiguration not only optimized living spaces but also significantly increased our Gross Effective Income (GEI) by an impressive 175%.
