We are quickly moving through the renovations on our corner block in downtown Salt Lake City. When bringing in the new, sometimes you have to say goodbye to the old. A long time resident of 40+ years left his office space for the last time this past month after his lease expired. Years ago, he had the foresight to make the property what it is today and we look forward to showing him how the space has transformed.
Once the office was empty, we saw its potential and began reworking the space. Two separate units are now framed, turning this building into a duplex. Each unit will have 2 bedrooms/1 bath with an open concept living area and kitchen.
